Ikonic Kids was founded to change many of the ‘norms’ that are blindly accepted as being right in the children’s talent industry. We are a transparent agency with a strong focus on educating parents on the processes used within the industry so that they can make an informed decision if the industry is right for their children and family. Our experience has shown that many parents who have signed their children to talent agencies, have little idea what to expect.
